**Role Overview**

Due to our continued success, we are looking to expand our digital eCommerce team and are looking for a **SEO Executive**

This is an exciting time to join the company and ideally suited for someone looking to grow within a successful and fast growing Retail & eCommerce business. **Role Purpose**

Develop and effectively execute a search engine optimization strategy to deliver high quality sales focused customer traffic to company websites with the aim of converting visitors into sales orders.

**Responsibilities**
- Effectively contribute to the overall delivery of eCommerce strategy and key targets & objectives.
- Ensure company websites are fully optimised for search engines across all aspects of SEO.
- Deliver high standards of technical SEO, ensuring Google Search Console Indexing & Experience performance is maximized [page experience, core web vitals, mobile usability etc].
- Ensure SEO enhancements are effectively implemented [schema markup, structured data, rich snippets etc]
- Ensure we capture the customers attention by delivering high quality, engaging content that motivates, inspires, educates, informs and sells.
- Develop and implement a first class strategy to grow domain authority across all company websites.
- Utilize all available data to evaluate and analyze performance and to inform research, reviewing and adjusting content as needed.
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the latest SEO best practices, ensuring only robust initiatives are implemented.
- Deliver and maintain a local search strategy.
- Work effectively and collaboratively with colleagues.
- Deliver high standards of work and attention to detail.
- Although not required anyone with web development skills would have an advantage.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a similar role within an eCommerce environment
- Knowledge of advanced SEO best practice an advantage
- Ability to operate in a fast paced commercial environment, working with multiple tasks and priorities.
- Collaborative style, continually willing to support colleagues throughout the business.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
