Care group 3 (collaborative care) are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic registered general nurse to work with our highly skilled and dedicated staff on the Elective Care Unit at Hartlepool Hospital.

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Deputy Ward Matron (band 6) within the established management team on Ward 4.

Applicants should be committed to providing high quality nursing care. Full support and training is provided to enable applicants to progress and reach full potential. Emphasis will be placed upon development within leadership and management. The successful applicant will be an experienced orthopeadic / surgical nurse with at least three years post registration.

Experience will be gained from working alongside an experienced the Ward Matron, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Ward Nurses, and Consultants on ward rounds and in clinics.
