DGS Service Solutions provide all SIA licence renewals and top up training free for all our Security Officers during employment with the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Protect property and assets by enforcing access control and following security procedures
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect and respond to any suspicious activities or incidents
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and requests for assistance
- Conduct thorough investigations of incidents, accidents, or violations as required
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and clients with inquiries or concerns

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a security officer or in a related field preferred
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures
- Familiarity with CCTV systems, surveillance equipment, and access control systems
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Strong observation skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

**Skills**:

- First aid/CPR certification is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week
