**Overview:**

Bates IT are a family IT Company supporting an NHS Trust with headquarters in Worthing.

We will be providing mentoring and guidance to help you develop your career in IT and do not expect detailed knowledge, however some understanding of these areas is important.

Clear thinking, good communication skills, good documentation and being proactive is an important requirement of this role.

**Main responsibilities:**
- Provide remote 1st line support
- Desktop Migrations from one domain to another Office 365 Mailbox setup and configuration Active Directory configuration (users and computers)
- Windows pc and laptop roll outs
- Install printer and toners
- Travel to NHS sites and provide preventative maintenance support

**Required skills**:

- Can drive a small van [as travelling will be key]
- License holder
- Great communication skills as working on NHS sites

**Personal qualities**:

- Being able to communicate well with your fellow colleagues
- Be willing to learn and stretch your capabilities
- Team player and reliable

**Entry requirements**:
The entry requirements for this Azure Cloud Support Specialist programme are as follows:

- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

**Working week**:
35hrs a week.

Monday to Friday, either 8am - 4pm or 10am - 6pm.
