Bar Supervisor

We are now recruiting for Bar Supervisors to help manage a talented team at The Beeston Socail in both full time and part time roles.

This is an exciting Supervisor Role with an award winning company, working to put your stamp on a newly established bar, kitchen & arcade in the centre of town that is set for great expansion over the next few years.

**Your Role**
- Lead the team and take full responsibility for the business, reporting directly to the Gm & Management team.
- Drive sales through staff training and leading from the front.
- Maintain high standards at all times
- Manage all health & safety aspects of the bar.
- At least 1 years' experience as a full time cocktail bartender or bar supervisor with a proven track record in a high volume establishment.
- Strong drinks & Industry knowledge - cocktail experience is essential.
- Strong control of wastage & stock.
- A strong outgoing personality with the ability to lead from the front.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week

**Salary**: Up to £11.00 per hour
