**Position**:Painter and Decorator

**Location**:Kings Norton, West Midlands

**Rate**:£19.00 ph.

Core Construction Personnel are looking for an experienced Painter and Decorator to start work on a refurbishment of a high end period property. - Preparation works.
- Redecoration Works.
- Emulsion and Gloss Works.
- Finishing Works.
- Working closely with the site manager.

**Requirements for role**
- CSCS preferred.
- Full PPE Own vehicle and tools preferred.
- 2 x work references carrying out similar works.
- Able to have good time keeping and be punctual.
- Photo ID.
