**Salary**: £26,000

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support and services to customers on site and over the phone.
- Setup, configure and troubleshoot IT related hardware and software.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Provide technical advice and assistance to customers.
- Ensure all customer requests and queries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the resolution of their issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
- Work with other team members to ensure customer needs are met.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards.
- Provide on-site training to customers as required.
- Adhere to all safety and security policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as required.

**Technical Skills Required**:

- Proven experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of network systems, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Experience of working with server hardware, such as HP and Dell
- Experience of working with virtualisation technologies, such as VMWare and Hyper-V
- Knowledge of security systems, such as firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, etc.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Full driving license
