We are working with a market-leading manufacturing organisation who are looking for additional member of the team to join their logistics department who will be helping to support and facilitate the logístical requirements to ensure finished product is delivered to customer sites on-time and in-full. This is a great opportunity for someone with existing transport / logistics experience to join a forward thinking and growing business.

**As the Transport and Logistics Coordinator you will be getting involved in**:

- Coordinating logistics services to ensure they are cost-effective whilst fulfilling business needs
- Ensuring domestic and international service providers are working within all agreed SLA's
- Being the point of contact for all transport related queries in the business
- Monitoring and track all customer returns
- Managing all dispatch
- Contractual agreements with logistics providers
- Cost-saving projects
- Supporting the export team with shipping and freight arrangements

**Skills and experience you will need**
- Previous experience in a Transport / Logistics role such as Logistics Coordinator / Transport Coordinator / Supply Chain Coordinator / Dispatch Coordinator
- Confident communication skills
- Understanding of contracts and SLA's
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to analyst data to make decisions
