We are looking for a new Keyholder to assist in the running of The Arcade Warehouse North Shields on a 20 hour contract.

We require an experienced, confident individual capable of running the day-to-day business operations, dealing with staff and members of the general public.

As a keyholder you will be responsible for the running of the arcade in the manager's absence, and it is crucial you ensure that cleanliness and health and safety standards are upheld whilst maintaining high customer service levels.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Opening and closing the facility
- Ensuring all cleaning tasks and machine checks are completed
- Cashing up tills at the end of the day
- Ensure employees are providing exceptional customer service levels
- Dealing with any customer issues
- Checking customers in and taking party bookings
- Preparing and serving food and drinks

Skills Needed:

- Must be 18+
- Must be available to work weekends and weekdays
- Good communication skills
- Previous customer service experience essential
- Cash handling
- Experience managing a team in a fast paced environment would also be beneficial

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
