Dental Receptionist

We are based in Wirksworth; Coach House Dental Practice we are a mixed dental practice. The treatments we specialise in are; General Dentistry, Smile Makeovers and Facial Aesthetics.
We are looking to recruit a full-time receptionist to enhance our team. The successful applicant will understand how to deliver a 5-star patient experience, ensuring that our patients and guests are welcomed and cared for to the highest standard.

Your duties will include:

- Managing patient's appointments and records appropriately via a patient management software
- Accurately managing and processing payments made by patients including a daily cashing-up reconciliation process.
- Ensuring the reception department is fully stocked
- Ensuring diaries run at maximum capacity by executing a Patient Recall Process (you will be shown how to do this).
- Managing calls from patients

Other important points to consider:

- The applicant must always be professionally presented.
- The applicant must take the time to understand the various treatments the practice offers.
- The applicant must be confident in speaking to patients about the various treatments and services offered.
- The applicant must attend and contribute to practice meetings to improve processes within the business.
- The applicant must be computer literate and be able to operate Microsoft Word, Excel and Office.

Hours are 39.5 hours per week, with occasional weekend working

Salary is £10.00 an hour.
