WoolOvers Group is an International direct-to-consumer retailer based in Burgess Hill, West Sussex.
The Group currently operates 3 lifestyles brands aimed at the older market; WoolOvers, PURE Collection and Roama. It operates with catalogues and e-commerce websites and has expanded its range to customers through its partnerships with its “Friends” suppliers.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced copywriter to join our busy
Creative in-house team which is based in our Burgess Hill Head Office.

If you are passionate about fashion and sustainability, have an excellent work ethic and can help us tell our stories in an engaging way this may be the role for you

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Reporting into the Creative Director (but not exclusively)
- Interpret creative direction and deliver engaging customer facing content and stories across all WoolOvers Group channels.
- Able to edit and fact check content and shape headings and stories as required.
- Be a brand specialist and guardian and understand the needs and differences adapting communication style where appropriate.
- Able to switch attention seamlessly from one to another brand.
- Understand SEO and optimise online content.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- 3years + Commercial content and copy experience (fashion-based industry ideal).
- Confident in writing and editing skills.
- Ideally an English, Creative Writing or Journalism Graduate
- Creative and enthusiastic thinker with a love of words.
- Able to engage with customers through copy supporting imagery.
- Good grasp of spelling and grammar with a clear writing style and good attention to detail.
- Proven experience in managing multiple simultaneous projects in a quick turnaround, fast paced environment.
- Able to capture each brands tone of voice.
- Works calmly under pressure and can prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Ability to take initiative and adaptable to change in an often-demanding environment.
- Excellent communicator and demonstrates ability to manage several stakeholders.
- Thrives on delivering content on tight deadlines.
- Collaborative with good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Willing to take feedback and find solutions with a positive outlook.
- A passionate interest in the fashion industry and sustainability.

**Salary**: From £20,000.00 per year
