PROJECT PROVISIONER

**Location**: Fleet 2-3 times per month

**Salary**: £30k - £35k base

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Responsible for processing orders, through to completion, you will manage the full process ready to pass over for deployment.

You will need to understand the vendors, their portals and the products, therefore you will have worked in a similar provisioning/order manager/project coordinator role in an ISP or Telecoms environment.
- Liaising with third party partners and suppliers ensuring that all orders are validated and correct.
- Placing renewal and cessation orders with vendors.
- Monitoring order workflow and escalating issues where required.
- Management of number porting with various vendors for either new customers joining or ex-customers leaving.
- Work closely with the project management and implementation teams (where applicable) ensuring smooth deployment and customer satisfaction.
- Adherence to customer Scopes of Work, SLA’s and other performance regulating documentation relating to order management and provisioning.
- Update internal systems, and providing reports to management as requested (Weekly reporting).
- Deliver effective and timely communication to customers and internal stakeholders ensuring awareness and satisfaction.

**SERVICES**

Connectivity, Inbound Call Management, Cloud Contact Centre, Hosted Telephony, Unified Communications and SIP Trunking.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**

**ESSENTIAL**:

- A good understanding of common telephony and circuit data products (IP Telephony, ISDN, SIP, Fibre circuits, ADSL).
- Experience in coordinating work which includes multiple elements to meet a pre-set deadline (order processing, provisioning or similar).
- Experience in managing customer expectations and where necessary, deliver undesirable news in a positive and constructive manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good Microsoft skills (Word/Excel/Outlook).

**DESIRABLE**:

- Training or knowledge in Project Management or equivalent, e.g. Prince 2.
