PS12.44 per hour

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our successful Well-being team at Andover Mind who make a difference to individuals with mental health problems.

Our Wellbeing centre in Basingstoke provides a range of services to support individuals with their mental health. In addition to assisting people in their recovery, we also provide advice and information services to help prevent the onset of mental health conditions. The services we provide are person centred, and individuals are helped to develop their own interests in the community.

As a Senior Well-being Practitioner you will provide invaluable support to the Well-being Centre Manager, assisting in the day to day running & promotion of our wellbeing services as well as partnership working in Basingstoke.

Part of your role will be to regularly supervise & support the Well-being practitioners, Peer Practitioners & volunteers within the team.

You will also support your service users in their recovery through low and high-intensity support structures in conjunction with the recovery star plan and care plans, by providing 1 to 1 through group support, face to face, via outreach & virtually.

**Salary**: PS12.44 per hour

6 month contract.
