Factory Assistant

We are looking for a shop floor Operative to join a leading prototype engineering client based in Letchworth. This is a great opportunity to work within a market leader, they are very happy to train the right person, so, if you have an interest in engineering and want to learn - read on.

**Duties to include**:

- Minding the running machines.
- Putting away or packing machined parts
- Supporting the team by taking on extra duties as and when required.
- Working in different departments of the operation assisting the engineers.

Ensuring you are compliant with all site procedures and health & safety, you will liaise with all management and other team members, following instruction as required at all times.

**Shift Details**:
Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00 overtime at time and a half after 37.5 hours each week
