This is a fantastic opportunity to join us as a National Account Executive within our Business Development team. The role will play a vital part in delivering sales growth to meet the financial targets of the Sales & Marketing function for Workplace Training and Supplies. You will build long term relationships face to face with our developing Gold National Trainng customers and develop existing customers to drive growth and achieve sales revenue targets in both First Aid and Health & Safety market.

**About You**:

- You will have experience of building rapport & developing sustainable relationships in a B2B environment with major corporate customers.
- Have the ability to win, retain and grow new customers in a face to face environment
- Have a strong customer focus with the ability to listen and respond to customers to provide a quality service
- Have excellent interpersonal skills

**About the Role**:

- You will need to Proactively maintain and build positive relationships resulting in St John Ambulance being the preferred supplier of first aid and health & safety products and services, including preparing and conducting business reviews, making presentations,
- Support the National Account Manager to grow the business with Major Accounts responding to pre-qualification questionnaires, submitting bids/proposals, preparing tenders, proposals for additional services, up-selling and cross-selling, leading tender
- Establish and implement contact plans for all major accounts, including elements such as face to face visits, phone calls, structured and less formal visits, customer satisfaction reviews etc.
- Contribute to the overall achievement of the face to face team for both workplace revenue and also St John Ambulance supplies.
- Support the National Account manager to convert opportunities and build new accounts in line with the strategy plus retain and grow the existing customer base by identifying upsell opportunities.
- Achieve or exceed targets, in terms of quality and frequency of contact.
