Youth Worker

**Corsham Youth Zone**

Responsibilities of the job typically include:

- Planning and organising appropriate youth activities for sessions
- Recruiting, training and supervising volunteers
- Promoting young people's interests
- Maintaining records
- Managing resources
- Preparing and distributing publicity materials and displays
- liaising and working with parents, schools, the police and other community groups/organisations
- Raising funds
- Working within the policies and procedures.
- Taking subs and keeping a register
- Writing up the sessions
- Writing reports when needed
- Being responsible for sessions
- Working as a team
- Organising and running trips and residentials
- Ensuring the young peoples safety during sessions.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

**Salary**: £10.00-£15.00 per hour
