We would like to recruit to a half time Team Leader vacancy at Band 7, within the Herts IAPT Wellbeing service, part of Hertfordshire Partnership University Foundation NHS Trust
We want an exceptional person to provide operational leadership to an IAPT primary care team. Leading within our team means promoting our values, professionalism, high standards of care and attention to detail to ensure we work efficiently, effectively and compassionately. There are times when this is challenging and the capacity to commit to this focus is a very important trait for applicants to demonstrate.
Forming part of the leadership team, you will work in partnership with our clinical leaders and operational managers to ensure that we continue to provide efficient, safe, responsive and high quality services to our service users, and improve where we need to. Together we will ensure that the service achieves our key performance indicators, and that our staff are well supported.
To join our South West Wellbeing Team covering Watford and Borehamwood, you need to be aqualified mental health professionalwith leadership experience of some kind.
You will also need to be a dynamic and creative person, committed to striving for service improvements that achieve the best outcome for our service, and be able to make constructive challenges in situations that require improvement. The successful applicant will have the drive to manage complex processes and build and maintain effective working relationships.
The team constitutes around 75 therapists, and an overall combined administrative, clinical and operational leadership team of around 16 people, of which you will be one.
