We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of **Senior Mortgage Arranger** role based within Wealth & Personal Banking.

The Senior Mortgage Arranger role within our branch network is to establish and grow our Mortgage business. You will be providing a professional mortgage advice service to both new and existing customers in line with the Bank’s policy on treating customers fairly (TCF). The role is expected to deliver a high quality, customer driven, sales focused service by identifying customer needs for Mortgage products providing advice, to meet those needs.

**In this role, you will**:

- Proactively drive mortgage performance and track MI to ensure that all personal and team sales performances exceed plan
- Seek out new and innovative ways to drive our mortgage business and challenge barriers in the mortgage sales process
- Working closely with the Product & Credit Teams to identify opportunities and best practices
- Recognise the wider financial planning needs of individual customers and make referrals to other areas of the bank, where the customers’ wider needs can be met
- Be the key contact for all of the Lead Generator relationships
Requirements

**To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements**:

- Relevant product knowledge including knowledge of Mortgage and Protection products
- Role relevant qualifications, i.e. Full CeMap qualification or equivalent
- Experience of working towards sales targets and willingness to be assessed against sales achievements
- Achieve targets and meet expectations whilst supporting and encouraging others to do the same
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences
- Experience of successful budget management and use of numerical data to assesses and report on performance and/or identify business issues and opportunities
- Use their business knowledge and understanding of customer needs to successfully manage and grow customer and Lead Generator relationships
