**RME Consultants are working with an organisation in the Cheltenham area to find a Customer Service Administrator to join their growing team.**

**Role: Customer Service Administrator**

**Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 per annum**

**Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Full time office based**

**Contract: Permanent**

**Location: Stow on the Wold**

**Main Duties for the Customer Service Administrator**:

- **Managing customer orders efficiently**:

- **Directly communicating with customers to address inquiries about orders, backlogs, and stock availability**:

- **Resolving courier-related issues and assisting customers facing delivery challenges**:

- **Handling incoming phone calls promptly and appropriately, either addressing them directly or redirecting as needed**:

- **Undertaking additional support tasks for the project delivery team as necessary on a daily basis.**

**Experience requirement for the Customer Service Administrator**:

- **Previous customer service experience within an office environment**:

- **Excellent communication skills**:

- **Ability to problem solve**:

- **Microsoft skills**
