GiBe Finance are delighted to be supporting a Consultancy business in Camberley, recruiting a Finance Analyst into a high-performing team.

Due to internal promotion, the business are looking to backfill an entry-level Finance Analyst and gives a great opportunity to operate in a commercial manner, analysing bids and tenders at an early stage in your career.

**The Role**
- Production of financial analysis reports, consisting of budget variance analysis and document reconciliations
- Analysis and evaluation of tender bids
- Providing financial evaluation and insight to consultancy projects, including benchmarking of pricing and qualitative services
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of operational services delivered by them personally and the team collectively
- Scheduling workload using project timetables and the operational calendar as required

**Your Profile**
- Strong communicator - written & verbal
- Experience in a finance/analytical capacity gained either through work experience or study eg. degree in Accounting, Economics or similar
- Can-do attitude and eager to learn
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel advantageous
