**Primary roles**:

- Taking full end-to-end responsibility for orders received through our marketplace revenue channels.
- Responding to customer messages, queries and complaints.
- Dealing with escalations of complaints (A-to-Z cases, negative feedback, concrete guarantees etc.)
- Monitoring and processing cancellation requests, returns and other administrative marketplace customer service actions.
- Documenting these actions in relation to account health metrics.
- Managing marketplace stock updates, order processing and other administrative tasks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to update line manager
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Adaptable
- Reliable, resilient, works effectively in a fast paced environment
- A collaborative team player, supportive to others
- Demonstrates a positive attitude
- Proven track record of working in a busy administration role.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Able to prioritise and follow plan

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
