**Sales Specialist - Panel Builder**:

Develop and manage Panel Builder accounts, focusing on growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Increase demand creation through coordinated sales activities.Promote a strategic, collaborative approach to the project pursuit process.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Meet / Exceed annual sales budget.
- Regularly visit allocated accounts.
- Create and regularly review area business plan for responsible accounts, identifying status of buying and potential accounts.
- Regularly update company CRM system with sales opportunities / business intelligence.
- Ensure all leads are identified and full business potential realised.
- Work closely with the project / specification team, managing referrals where necessary.
- Raise the awareness and profile of the ABB Brand in the market.
- Present ABB in the best possible light to customers by exhibiting the highest standards of values, behaviour and dress.
- Build and develop client relationships and facilitate appropriate relationships across all levels of ABB.
- Work closely with Product Management to deliver a common objective of profitable growth.
- Work closely with both the ABB internal teams and other parts of ABB to maximise opportunities for all areas of the business
- Develop and implement the strategies and policies of the business, communicating effectively at all levels, promoting a ‘One Team’ view to the business
- Complete forecasting, reporting and competitor intelligence in an accurate and timely manner. As required by the business.
- To maintain all sales tools in a professional manner.
- Ensure that product knowledge is maintained to the highest standard in line with the requirements and expectations of the business. To ensure capability to sell the full product portfolio.
- Act as a focal point for problem resolution and monitor customer claims.
- Plan, facilitate and conduct customer negotiations.
- Develop good relationships with all allocated accounts.
- Develop agreed list of target accounts.
- Develop customer competence with ABB products, lead regular training, facilitate referrals, and monitor market intelligence to maximise both ABB and customer offer to the market.
