My client based in Thame is looking for a Customer Service/Technical Support trainee.

The purpose of the Customer Service/Technical Support role after training is:

- Providing technical support to customers and retailers on their range of electrical products and learning how to repair them in the event of a fault.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Be IT literate.
- Have both written and verbal good communication skills.
- Pay attention to detail and be a team player.

Full training/induction program will be provided at the start of employment with regular reviews thereafter.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, either 8.30am to 5pm, 9.00am - 5.30pm or 9.30am - 6.00pm. Saturdays and/or Bank Holidays maybe be required, however, the working week is 5 days and therefore you will receive a day off in lieu.

28 days holiday entitlement (including Bank Holidays)

Salary 16-20.7K with excellent benefits and bonus.
