**Overview**:
We are seeking a Paint Associate to join our team. As a Paint Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with various painting tasks and ensuring the quality of finished products. This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to use hand tools, and a keen eye for detail.

**Core Accountabilities**:

- Following health and safety guidelines in order to keep themselves and their colleagues safe.
- Shift working (currently 7 am to 3 pm) Monday to Friday.
- Loading items onto conveyor/jigging up/hand spray.
- Examining products to ensure they meet the required standards and maintain high quality.
- Ensuring correct procedures are followed when operating machines or manually handling materials in line with health and safety.
- Immediately raising quality concerns to line management to ensure that it can be rectified quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure all products meet the required standards.
- An ability to work to process and as part of a team.
- Operating an Auto spray Booth and Handspraying components, following training.

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable.
- Quick learner.
- Good timekeeping skills.
- Able to understand and follow health and safety requirements.
- Previous knowledge of powder coating is a benefit.
- Have previously worked shifts.
- Needs to be able to complete all physical aspects of the role.
