Glasgow Life is looking for a Lead Sport and Physical Activity Coach (disability) to join us on a 2.5hr part time, permanent contract. As a Lead Sport and Physical Activity Coach you will be joining our in-demand Disability children and Young People’s programme. You will be part of a dedicated team which delivers multi-sport activities for Children and young people with a physical, learning or sensory disability.

As a Lead Sport and Physical Activity Coach (disability) you’ll be an integral part of the team which leads on the programming, planning and delivery of a range of sport and physical activity (multi sport) sessions. Reporting to the Sport and Physical Activity Officer (Cohesion) and working alongside a team of coaches.
- If you’re interested in joining us as a Lead Sport and Physical Activity Coach (Disability) you’ll need:

- UKCC Level 1 within any sport
- Desire and passion to work with people with a disability
- Able to easily engage, communicate with and motivate people with a disability
- Knowledge in a variety of sports and the ability to adapt these to suit our customers
- Able to lead a small team of coaches

This role is working weekends, for example Sunday 9.45 - 12.15pm
