Marketing Reporting Analyst

Salt is proud to collaborate once again with our client, a Globally Recognised Software company on their resource for a driven Marketing Reporting Analyst to join their Global Marketing Leadership team on an initial 4 month contract - huge potential forfurther extension. This role will support the Market Performance Manager with effectively measuring market performance to set internal plans and focus on using data to develop reporting, analysis, insights and recommendations for performance optimisation,campaign execution and overall marketing planning support.
**Key Role Requirements**:
- Working effectively with the Marketing Performance Manager to understand reporting, analytics and insight requirements, spotting potential issues and vocalising challenges, areas of concern and implementation
- Provide a scope/analysis of tasks and a realistic estimation for completion
- Collaborate with varying levels of stakeholders to recommend and develop best approach
- Identify data sources for various projects/questions, proactively explore data, highlights and potential resolutions where possible
- Use technical skill set (SQL, Qlik) to develop data models to enable solutions for business requirements
- Analyses and prep insight summaries
**Key Skills**:
- Highly proficient in developing data models and dashboards using visualisation tools eg. Qlik and PowerBI
- Hold excellent Excel skills, competent with pivot table analysis and complex formula
- Strong understanding of Data/Data modelling, analysis and visualisation best practices
- Be a detail orientated individual
- Ability to preform complex analysis and identify insights for
- Ability to build reports and dashboards to deliver against stakeholder requirements
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics and demand funnel performance
- Experienced in handling Salesforce back-end data
- Strong experience using SQL to extract and transform data
