**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a Handyperson/Driver for our Site Services department. This role is located at our Tranent site.

As a Handyperson/Driver you will be responsible for the maintenance and repairs for the interior and exterior of our sites. You will be responsible for keeping our facilities in perfect condition by doing various odd jobs.

This position is full-time and your working hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Routine maintenance of site buildings fabric, including minor joinery and plumbing work.
- General maintenance of the site including painting, drain clearing and roof leak repairs.
- Driving company vehicles.
- Site tidying, clearing litter, and emptying of site waste bins.

You must have a clean, full UK driving license.

The salary for the role is £20,466.11.
