We have a great opportunity for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator / administrator to join an established, friendly letting agency. Winfields Sales & Lettings is in the heart of South Devon, Paignton. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join a friendly team, in a varied and interesting role.

We are looking for a bright spark to join their team. You will ideally have some experience in the lettings industry as well as great IT and communication skills. The role will involve most of the lettings process, including:
Requirements & Skills:

- Meeting and registering new clients
- Lettings administration
- Viewings
- Dealing with deposit releases and inspections

You will need to be dynamic and organised, with a professional and friendly nature, smartly presented and willing to muck in, in a small but busy office
