Manchester, United Kingdom Creative Resource Full time

We’re working with a disruptive creative agency who are growing rapidly, with a remote first model, looking to find a Project Assistant.

**Our Client**

Set up in 2020 by two experienced agency professionals, the agency already turnover over 6 figures. They have a unique approach ripping up the traditional agency model which is proving a hit with clients, they’re working with some huge brand names already. They are a remote first agency but get together as a team once a fortnight in the North West so you must be based in the North.

**The Role**

This is a junior role but one with scope to progress very quickly. You’ll be working across a variety of video and creative projects, supporting more senior members of the team in delivering a busy workload of projects for clients. They also outsource a lot of specialist work to a bank of freelancers, and a key part of this role is to manage and increase their freelance database. You’ll be communicating with freelancers and building new networks for future projects. You’ll also get involved in some social media and community management as well.

**You**

You should be responsible, well organised and able to take direction then work independently, somebody good at having a to-do list and meticulously working through it and ticking things off your list. You should be positive and pro-active, you’ll be communicating with people a lot in this role. We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 6 months experience in a creative or video studio, and you’ll be looking to work in a creative communications agency. The role has potential to progress quickly into a project management role. You should be based in the North and able to get to meet-ups in the North West around every two weeks, and practically able and happy to work the majority of your time remotely.
