Deputy Home Manager required. My client is a family owned company with over 30 homes across the country, known for healthcare excellence they are dedicated to all staff and residents within their nursing homes, providing the highest quality of care alongsidea warm, supportive and uplifting environment where the team take great pride in treating all people as part of the their own family. This service located in Leeds has been renovated for the purpose of care and has 42 beds providing support and care to peoplewith Dementia, general nursing needs and physical disability.
Benefits for the Deputy Manager include:
*£21 - £23 per hour + Paid Break

- Cover the cost of the DBS (£40)
- Uniform provided (company branded tunic x 2)

- Buddy System (receive £200 upon your buddy successfully completing their probation period)

Deputy Manager Duties include:

- Take responsibility for the care and wellbeing of residents
- Ensure physical, emotional and social needs are net
- Leading, motivating and mentoring the team to deliver the highest standards of care
- Providing strong leadership to ensure smooth, safe and efficient running of the care home
- Promote all residents' independence, dignity and
- Maintaining accurate records
- Ensure Statutory, regulatory and legal requirements are met and exceeded
- Provide specialist nursing support and advice
Deputy Manager requirements include:

- Registered Nurse with Valid Pin
- Excellent knowledge of all Standards and NMC code of practice
- Proven track record of person-centred care planning
- Experienced leader and mentor
- A passion for delivering high standards of care
