Job Introduction
As a **Logistics Operative **in **Macclesfield - SK10 2NA**, you will be responsible for a delivering a professional service within our prestigious corporate building. You'll enable smooth operations and drive excellence for our teams. Join Sodexo and be part of something greater.

**What you’ll do**:

- Customer facing role so must have the ability to converse with all levels of client staff.
- Portray an excellent company image.
- Computer literate
- Support other service functions as required. Liaise closely with loading bay and mail room team.
- Liaise with management, customers and contractors that are involved in receiving or assisting with the day - to - day provision of the logistics service
- Handle complaints and service issues in a professional and timely manner.
- General deliveries across the site, including some waste pickups.

**What you bring**:

- Proven experience of knowledge of “key” service and awareness of operating standards within this service, hands on ability to deliver a service
- Ability to resolve problems
- Ability to understand technical excellence in their fields
- Ability to understand a set of SLAs
- Good level of technical competence
