**What you will be doing**:
As a qualified Mental Health or Learning Disability Nurseyou will ensure young people with mental health conditions receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promote good teamwork.

No two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, but also a good amount of routine.

You will have access to the Elysium Wellbeing team, which is on hand to keep you feeling great; be it a chat, massage or group activities. Who doesn't like a free massage at work?

**Things that you will have**:

- A relevant nursing qualification and registration
- Strong team-working skills

- A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
- Experience of working in rehabilitation and/or behavioural Management
- Desirable need to work within a specialist service

Bradley Apartments provides a specialist service for men and women living with complex needs who may have a primary diagnosis of learning disability, mental health issue or personality disorder.

We are able to support people with complex conditions, needs and risks who display behaviours of concern and pose challenges for services, including those with highly complex and severe challenging behaviour.

Bradley Apartments is located in Bradley, Grimsby, and North East Lincolnshire. The location provides a more relaxed local environment than a busy inner-city setting to enable patients to engage in their therapeutic programme, thus increasing the pace ofrecovery and speeding up discharge. Bradley is just 90 minutes by car from York, Sheffield and Mansfield.
