**JOB SUMMARY**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Working with the Revenue to Cash Manager and Senior Credit controller on projects and monthly reporting.
- Dealing with customer overdue accounts.
- Proactively chase outstanding payment ensuring monies are paid to terms.
- Make pre-emptive calls to ensure monies due are paid on time.
- Resolve any account or invoice query.
- Reconciling accounts
- Setting up new customers on the system.
- Requesting refunds.
- Build customer relationships.
- Ad hoc duties when required.

**PERSONAL SKILLS**
- Be able to prioritise workload.
- Ensuring strong relationships are established and maintained with customers and internal colleagues.
- To be target driven and able to work to deadlines.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate at different levels.
- The ability to work as part of a large team and maintain strong internal relationships.
- A positive and motivated approach to tasks.

**EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous credit control experience - minimum 2 years.
- Good IT and Excel skills.
- GCSE passes in Maths & English essential.
- Previous credit control experience is essential.
- Experience within AR and AP functions.
