We are seeking an organised and motivated individual to join our team as CPC Administrator at Hethersett Old Hall. Working in a busy office environment on an operational multi-building site, where you will provide support to the Estates, Learning and Development and wider teams as it transitions towards a Professional Development Centre. You will be a central point of contact for visitors, guests and delegates attending the site.

You will also support the broader Learning and Development and Estates Departments in maximising the Hethersett site and coordinating rooms and meetings to ensure the site is managed effectively. You will liaise with internal parties and contractors surrounding matters concerning estates, facilities and health and safety.

The successful applicant will engage in aspects surrounding the wider commercial elements of the site and the daily delivery of services including conference/meeting room provision and service contracts. Providing excellent hospitality and customer service to internal and external visitors.

The post holder will conduct other daily tasks including maintaining systems, ordering goods, producing marketing materials, invoicing and recharging.

These duties must be carried out to a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will be reporting to the Site Coordinator based at the Hethersett Old Hall**,** with the ability to travel to other stations when required.

The CPC Administrator role is one which works on flexi time as per policy and pro rata allowances.

**It is essential that applicants meet the following criteria**:

- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Previous experience in a general administration role
- Proven ability to accurately compose documents and presentation material
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels within the Constabulary
- Demonstrate good organisational skills to manage own workload and meet deadlines
- Ability to find appropriate solutions to problems using own initiative and as part of a team
- Ability to travel as required and provide flexibility during busy periods

**It is desirable that applicants meet the following criteria**:

- Previous experience of maintaining financial records of income and expenditure
- Previous experience in producing marketing materials in line with brand guidelines
- Basic knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
- Previous project experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or facilities management role

Hours of work are 37 per week Monday to Friday. This post is offered on a permanent basis.

Consideration will be given to whether the post can be delivered on either a part time or job share basis, in line with the organisational requirements of this role.
