Administrator (HR Department)
Immediate start
Dalgety Bay
Rate - £10.35 per hour
Our client, an innovative and successful manufacturing business is seeking to appoint a capable Administrator to support their busy HR Team.
**Duties will include**
- Assisting with organizing interviews
- Preparing new start information
- Updating in-house computer systems
- Checking timesheets
- Confirming holiday entitlement
- Liaising with colleagues and managers
**Profile**
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to react to changing deadlines
- Confident IT ability
- Team focused
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
**Hours of work** are Monday to Thursday 7.30 am to 4.30 pm and Friday 7.30 am to 12.30 pm
