**Client Details**

A growing ecommerce retailer in the Leeds area. This award-winning stylish business has seen growth over the past 3 years and is looking to grow its buying & merchandising teams.

The purpose of this role is to support the Senior Merchandiser in their daily activities,

including updating and managing sales and inventory reports, forward forecasting including

arranging POs on new and existing products and maintaining the WSSI (Weekly Sales,

Stock and Intake) and OTB (Open to Buy) and also support the wider team

**Description**
- Running weekly reports to look at line level and category level sales and identifying
- areas for improvement
- Analysing trends and sales forecasts weekly/ monthly and year on year to assist in
- effective range planning
- Supporting the senior merchandiser in budgeting and forecasting at category level
- Inventory & PO Management
- Working with multiple suppliers with varying lead times to maintain availability to
- agreed KPIs
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure POs are running on time
- Manage and update the purchasing and delivery schedule
- Manage shipping of goods across a number of countries - suggesting potential air
- freight quantities
- Working collaboratively with the warehouse team to plan intake and warehouse
- capacity
- Stock status reporting, communicating all over stocks and end of line items to the
- wider teams
- Produce supplier analysis/ reviews and recommendations on sourcing
- Manage sell through of clearance stock on off price channels
- Monitor End of Line skus to ensure low scrappage
- Range Planning & New Product Launches
- Working alongside the senior merchandiser and buying team to effectively support the product strategy
- Monthly reviews on sales to identify areas for improvement and lines to exit
- Oversee the management of the critical path to ensure all new products are launched within the agreed time frame
