**The Role**:
As a customer service advisor, you will work within the case management department and be responsible for ensuring that any tasks assigned to you are completed to the highest of standards.

Tasks can include things such as amending specific details within the order provisioning stage, liaising with internal teams, engineers or customers to update on current status of the case you are dealing with, or it could be as simple as checking to ensure everything is going accordingly for the customer.

This is a position that would be suitable for someone who has an eye for detail and can navigate between systems and is comfortable with working on spreadsheets and CRM systems.

**Salary**:

- **£22,672 p/a basic salary**

In addition, you will have the opportunity to earn bonus through incentive initiatives throughout the year

**What we are looking for**:

- A minimum of 6 months customer service experience (ideally with contact centre experience).
- You will have a natural passion for delivering exceptional customer service and take pride in your work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong diligence.
- Ability to work to targets but ensure customer experience is your primary focus.

**Training**:

- 3-4 weeks training Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm

**Working Hours**:

- Currently this department works Mon - Friday 9am - 5:30pm

(However, we do require full flexibility between 8am and 8pm Mon to Sun just in case the clients demand change, and you are requested to work 5 days of 7 in rotation - The recruitment team will go through this in detail)
