Senior Outpatient Department Administrator | Yorkshire Clinic
A vacancy has arisen for an administrator at the Yorkshire Clinic in the Outpatient Department. Excellent communication, time management and computer skills are essential for the role. Previous experience of patient and administration systems would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
The role will be varied providing assistance to the Outpatient team. The responsibilities will be numerous but will be focused on, facilitating busy clinics, booking appointments, front of house duties and dealing with telephone enquiries. Previous experience in these areas is desirable but not essential.

- Have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with consultants, colleagues, patients and visitors on a day to day basis
- Provide a high level of customer service by responding efficiently to telephone calls, enquiries and requests
- Be able to work in a team
- Be able to work under own initiative and have an ability to prioritise own workload
