We have an exciting opportunity for a Civils Supervisor working across Cumbria for a leading Telecoms Company.

**Main Duties**:

- Supervise the civils aspect of the build, ensuring build teams are meeting KPIs and targets.
- Planning crews and ensuring daily tracking of the build.
- Supervising engineers on site and identifying any concerns.
- Ensure relevant Health & Safety standards are followed and achieved.
- Team development and training.
- Works completion and Client handover management including As-Built compliance / documentation.
- Attend all required meetings with both Client and sub-contractors
- Ensuring Council permits are in place to keep civils works on schedule.
- Co-ordination of work in line with delivery programme.
- Manage client expectations on date deliveries and volume delivery targets.
- Manage risk register to identify and prevent delivery programme delays.
- Assess, review, and mitigate commercial & contractual risks.
- Monitor work production outputs closely with regular dialogue with the commercial dept.

**Experience & Skills**:

- At least 1 years’ experience in Telecoms Civils builds.
- Previously supervised Civils gangs, box builders and reinstating crews.
- The ability to motivate and manage a successful team to deliver the highest possible standards.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships.
- Excellent organisation, communication, and leadership skills.
- IT literate to be able to use iPad / laptop.
- NRSWA Supervisors accreditation with a thorough knowledge of The Reinstatement of Openings in Highways.
- SSSTS or SMSTS (desirable).
- Knowledge of BTOpenreach specifications & documentation.
- Knowledge of Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA).
- GIS/AutoCAD knowledge (desirable).
- Full UK driving licence (no more than 5 points).
