The main purpose of the role is to provide clerical and administrative support to the Civil Interventions Co-ordinator and the nominated staff with responsibility for Prevention and Problem Solving for Warwickshire Police.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Provide clerical support to Staff in creating and maintaining Civil Interventions.

Update and maintain Police systems with details of interventions, and post briefings of civil intervention information to relevant Police resources.

To record and maintain records of all civil interventions used across the county and provide clerical support upon request of compiling the same.

In support of the nominated Civil Interventions Co-ordinator maintain records and activity on advice and file builds in preparation for the delivery of pre-planned civil interventions against perpetrators.

To provide occasional administrative support to the Problem Solving Partnership Meetings.

To undertake other duties commensurate with the nature, level of responsibility and grading of this post, as required.

**Knowledge**:
5 A - C Grade GCSE (or equivalent) including English and Maths

**Experience**:
Previous administrative experience.

**Key Skills**:
Competent in the use of IT including Microsoft Office.

Proven ability to communicate in oral and written form with a wide range of people from both within and outside the organisation.

Proven ability to manage time and prioritise workload.

Good administration and organisational skills.
