We are a successful business with 125 years of experience of serving local communities and offering financial support to people in times of need across the UK. To support our recent rapid growth, we are looking for a Visual Merchandiser to join us.

**Job Purpose**:
This role will support the VM Manager to achieve and execute the visual merchandising strategy and to create a strong pre-owned retail jewellery presence on the High St.

**Key Responsibilities**:**
- Supporting the VM Manager to create a stronger, retail led, approach to H&T presence
- Support stores (cold starts, refurbs, relocations) with installation of new windows
- Support the roll out of retail display model store across the estate, through regular store visits
- Support the merchandising team with the implementation of planograms
- Ensuring VM dressing standards are maintained across all stores including marketing POS
- Training with stores on how to dress their windows through central model store guideline
- Supporting new store openings as well as refurbishments/relocations of current stores
- Visit each store in your area at least once per half year and produce accompanying reports alongwith photos
- Working with relevant retail merchandising teams on store planograms and supporting their visits
- Supporting on / with relevant VM or Marketing projects
- Auditing and updating central store windows database
- Supporting the VM Manager to ensure delivery of the business plan
- Delivering customer service to a high standard, both internally and externally
- Maintain and build relationships with customers (internal and external), partners and stakeholders
- Work closely with AMs and SMs to ensure any extra support is available when required to assistwith display dressings.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- 2 years retail experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Good organisational skills
- Able to work to deadlines
- Comfortable to work away from home for short periods of time on a regular basis
