**The Company: Reedbut Group Limited.**

Reedbut Group designs and manufactures corrugated packaging. The business has three sites; Milton Keynes the head office, Andover and Strood, and is one of the leading independent sheet plants in the UK. The company has an annual turnover of £20 million which is growing rapidly, currently employs circa 100 people and is well invested with further capital projects underway

The business operates in the rapidly growing corrugated packaging market and the materials the company work with have strong green credentials which play a leading role in the war against single use plastic.

**Position - Commercial / Design Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Pre - Sale Account Management.
- Developing strong relationship with existing and new customers, ensuring sales and margins budgets are achieved.
- Acquire an understanding of the manufacturing processes involved in the production of corrugated packaging thus enhancing your technical and commercial knowledge when developing solutions for customers.
- Utilise our industry specific Packaging 3000 software to generate quotations for existing and potential clients.
- Using AG CAD Kasemake software to design corrugated packaging solutions for existing and potential clients.
- Managing customer’s enquiries and offering best packaging solutions and technical advice.
- Preparing price analysis spreadsheets to set pricing levels in key customer proposals.
- Create simple print diagrams in Adobe Illustrator.
- Customer meetings using a mixture of video call e.g. Teams and face to face visits on customer’s premises.

**Key Skills**:

- Educated to degree level.
- An interest in design skills and working with CAD software.
- Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to analyse data and solve problems.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Drive to continuously develop and improve your knowledge.
- Team player.
- Full driving licence.

If you are an enthusiastic person who is interested in learning the techinical and commercial aspects within a packaging manufacturing business, whilst delivering excellent customer service, this could be the role for you. Previous work experience in a commercial / design role will be advantageous.

**Hours of Work**:
37.5 hours per week,

Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 5.00pm with a 30 minute lunch break

**Holidays**:
The basic annual leave entitlement is 25 working days.

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
