Npd Technologist

Support Business Development Director and NPD Manger with new and existing customer NPD requirements.
- Recipe development support and recipe file upkeep
- Production of small-scale kitchen samples.
- Attend meetings with new and existing customer as required.
- Sourcing of raw materials & pricings to meet customer specifications.
- Regular contact with key ingredient suppliers.
- Assist with customer trial preparations and customer visits.
- Support with the following:

- Customer specifications and approved supplier documentation.
- Compilation of supplier price file directory
- Customer file creation
- Occasional visit to ingredient trade shows
- Involvement with internal/external audits e.g. BRC/AIB/Soil Association/FDA
- Adherence to site HACCP and Allergen Management procedures and policies
- Support Technical Manager and Technical Coordinator as required.

**Salary**: £11.50-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
