**Role Overview**:
We are seeking dedicated Telephone Researchers to join our team. In this role, you will conduct telephone surveys for a range of market research projects. Your responsibilities will include following survey scripts, accurately recording responses, and maintaining professionalism and empathy when interacting with respondents.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct telephone surveys according to established methodologies.
- Ensure accurate data collection and maintain high standards of quality.
- Meet survey completion targets while upholding data accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize survey performance.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear phone manner.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathetic and patient demeanour when speaking with respondents.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and survey management.
- Previous telephone-based or market research experience is preferred but not required.
