We are looking for experienced multi traders preferably with social housing experience. We are a small run company whom has contracts with local councils undertaking their void works.

You will ;
- Work in empty properties
- Undertake works needed to a specification
- Be invoiced and paid within two weeks of completing a job.

We expect you to;
- Have a UTR Number
- Manage your own work load and communicate with us if any issues
- Have your own vehicle and tools
- Supply your own materials (although we do have a lot of accounts you can purchase materials on and then we deduct this from the price of your job)
- Work within a timeline (10 days for small jobs and 20 days for bigger jobs)

From us, you can expect;
- Supervisor whom will attend jobs and talk through works that need doing
- Supervisor that will be able to help with any issues such as plumbing etc.
- We collect all your rubbish at the end of the job
- We clean your job when you've finished.
- We will add on any extras to your job, send you finals and a invoice, sort out your invoice and then pay you within two weeks of completing the job.

Please contact me for an example of a specification - we work to Schedule of rates but we will code up everything for you. The only thing you have to do is the work. Great job with potential to earn £0000's a month.

We have work in Lambeth and Croydon Regions.

Will arrange a phone call or video for an informal chat prior to giving you any work.

**Salary**: £1,500.00-£5,000.00 per month
