**Accounts Receivable Administrator**

**£25,000**

**Full time (9.00-5.30pm)**

**Nottingham - Optional hybrid working with 3 days a week in the office.**

We are seeking a detail-orientated and organised Billing Administrator to join our healthcare organisation. As a Billing Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working alongside the billing administrator to process the billing cycles (weekly, Monthly and 445 cycles) of specific brands under the company umbrella, ensuring accurate and timely invoices are raised.
- Identify and resolve any billing errors, discrepancies, or denials, and follow up on unpaid or rejected payments.
- Creating back up files for the invoices and then raising them in our financial system, saving documents down locally.
- Completing any Dom care submission templates to be sent to the customers for review.
- Assisting on finding/creating back up documents for aged debt.
- Data cleansing of customer distribution and contact details.
- Analyse billing and coding trends, identify areas of improvement, and propose strategies to optimize revenue generation and minimise denials.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of billing activities.
- Analyse billing data, identify patterns, and provide insights to management for process improvement and financial decision-making.
- Keeping on top of access to Portals to ensure we are billing the most up to date information.
- Keeping on top of the billing queries within the mailbox.
- Adhoc credit control.

**Skills Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Strong excel skills.
- Good systems understanding to help automate the billing function.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
- Demonstratable attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to maintain confidentiality.
- A flexible team player with the ability to work proactively.
