This is a niche role and a superb opportunity for an experienced mental health / mental capacity solicitor to join a thriving firm.
You will be an accredited mental health panel member to join a Mental Health and Capacity department.
On a day to day basis you can expect to provide advice and assistance in relation to all aspects of Mental Health law, including representation in Tribunal Hearings.
With your advocacy skills and empathetic approach you will have a solid understanding of the legal aid contract requirements.
