Our client based in Woking are seeking a Paralegal to join their growing team. The purpose of this position is to support the winder teams with any legal checking that comes into the business.

The Paralegal position will
- Take responsibility for reading contract tender documents
- Highlighting risk areas that come up on the documents
- Review and organise data
- Look at the information that is relevant to the tender
- Presenting to the senior management team when required
- Ask for further details on documents from the wider team
- Work with external consultants on the tenders on a regular basis

To be considered for the Paralegal position you will:

- Have Paralegal experience in UK contract law
- Have the ability to work in a logical and methodical manner
- Be able to project manage and work with stakeholders
- Maintain outstanding accuracy with documents and numbers
- Have good organisational skills and work well under pressure and towards tight deadlines
- Work with confidence on Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel etc.
