A1 Jobs are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our client's team.

As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a forklift to move, load, and unload materials in our warehouse.

This is a vital role in our operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and maintaining a well-organized warehouse environment.

**Must have reach and counterbalance licences**

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials within the warehouse
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper stacking and securing of products
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any issues or malfunctions
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments
- Utilize warehouse management system to track inventory movement and maintain accurate records
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of materials handling techniques and safety procedures
- Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot minor issues with forklifts
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification
