As a Barclays Technology Project Manager, you will drive change within the organization by working collaboratively with various leads within the department. The role you'll be working on will collaborate with the Project Delivery, Financial Portfolio,PMO, and Risk & Control Leads for Fixed Income Financing & Securitized Products Technology to standardize, document, and deliver various activities across the organization.

**What will you be doing?**:

- Providing Strategy & Transformation team and Project Management Office with support as the PMO function matures.
- Working with leads and help in maintaining BAU backlog and to maintain and track Testing strategy, unit test coverage etc
- Creating and standardising various MI reports using Tableau
- Identifying opportunities to simplify, consolidate, and/or automate activities to reduce busy-work, and increasing efficiencies to document and implement them
- Supporting the creation of artefacts needed as part of the change delivery lifecycle
- Analysing project financials to execute issue remediation plans to correct a forecast
**What we're looking for**:

- Able to automate various reporting needs; Reporting via Dashboard & Tableau
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Understanding of Tech Strategy Enablement
- Background in Portfolio Management
